Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered: If a service you purchased is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Service Quality Issues: If you experience issues with the quality of service, contact us within 14 days for a review.
- Duplicate Payment: A full refund will be issued for any duplicate payment made for the same service.
